The Coordinator's Corner is the place for all the team managers to seek refuge. We know that managing a team can be one of the hardest jobs in the club. This page will provide some help for all of you that are so lucky to be coordinators!

Getting Started

- Complete ASAP:
- All Coordinator's MUST register with USA Hockey as "Ice Manager / Volunteer" at www.usahockeyregistration.com.
- All Coordinator's MUST complete SAFESPORT TRAINING https://www.usahockey.com/safesportprogram
- All Coordinator's MUST complete a BACKGROUND CHECK https://www.usahockey.com/backgroundscreen
- (Cost is $30 - Required every 2 years, and will not be allowed on ice or participate with team activities until this is completed)

- Sept. 12th - Declaration Season Electronic Scheduling Closes
- Sept. 17th - Declaration Season Starts (10U - 14U)
- 10U - Phase 1: Sept 17th - Oct 11th
- 12U & 14U - Phase 1: Sept 20th - Oct 22nd
- 10U C3, C2, C1 and B3 - Phase 2: Oct 12th - Oct 13th
- 10U B2, B1, A3, A2 and A1 - Phase 2: Oct 19th - Oct 20th

- Sept. 23rd - Midget (16U & 18U) League Games Begin

- Nov. 1st - Regular Season Electronic Scheduling Closes for 10U, 12U, 14U
- Nov. 6th - Regular Season Games Begin for 10U, 12U, 14U
- Nov. 30th - LAST DAY TO RESCHEDULE GAMES WITH NO FEE
- Jan. 29th - Last Day for 16U and 18U Midget Games
- Feb 7th: Shark Mouse Races
- Feb. 16th - Last Day for 10U, 12U and 14U Regular Season Games
- Feb. 23rd - 25th - Blue Note Playdown Games
- March 2nd- 3rd - Blue Note Cup Championship Games
- Shark Photo Days: typically late Oct.

STL County Park Rinks
ST. LOUIS COUNTY PARK RINKS (KENNEDY & QUEENY) REQUIRE PRIOR NOTICE AND A FEE WILL COME FROM YOUR KITTY
HOME GAMES SCHEDULED AT ST. LOUIS COUNTY PARK RINKS (KENNEDY & QUEENY) - ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED:
For KENNEDY: 72 hours notice. Send an e-mail to Colin Hurd churd@stlouiscountymo.gov
For QUEENY: 7 days advance notice! Send an email to Caleb Regenstein cregenstein@stlouiscountymo.gov
- $15 charge per game
- Fee covers the cost for a county employee to operate the scoreboard. No one else will be allowed to operate the scoreboard.
- NOTE: Kennedy no longer requires employee to operate scoreboard. Checking on Queeny. Will update once information is received.
- Games will be verified and the team will be invoiced at the end of each season
