At Home Skills Development

This initiative is designed to help our young athletes continue developing their skills even when away from the rink. In this initiative, links to videos demonstrating at-home drills for different skills will be sent out.

Hockey is a sport that demands dedication, discipline, and continuous improvement. At-home training provides an approach to skill development, focusing on key areas such as stickhandling, shooting, agility, and strength. These exercises are tailored to be performed in the comfort of your home, ensuring every player can maintain their progress and stay engaged with the sport they love.

We encourage all players to take advantage of this opportunity and commit to personal development.
